Defesnsible Space and Property Inspections.

Drone Defensible Space Wildfire Fuel Assessment

Our drone defensible space inspections thoroughly scan your property for potential wildfire fuels, helping you prepare for a CAL FIRE defensible space inspection. We assess the immediate surroundings, perimeter, and nearby areas to identify fire prevention needs. Note: We are not affiliated with CAL FIRE, and our inspections are intended only to help property owners address problem areas before scheduling an official CAL FIRE inspection.

What We Look For?

Specifically, we’re on the hunt for trouble spots—think dry brush, overgrown trees, or debris piles close to your home that could fuel a fire. Additionally, we inspect the broader perimeter for hidden risks like dead vegetation or flammable materials in surrounding areas, ensuring no stone is left unturned.

Why Drone Defensable Space Assessments Make a Difference?

Here’s the advantage: drones capture detailed, high-resolution images from above, spotting hazards you might miss from the ground. Consequently, you get a clear, actionable report highlighting areas needing attention, so you can create a safer, fire-resistant space around your home and feel confident that you will pass the CalFire Defensible Space Inspection the first time.

Defensible Space Assessments

  • Recieve detailed aerial photos highlighting potential high risk area’s.
  • Property assessment results will recieve a grade to determine what hazards may need to be addressed prior to the CalFire Defensible Space Inspection.
  • Aerial photos will also include surrounding areas to determine neighboring fire hazards as well.
  • In some cases additional mapping may be provided to better indicate steep terrain and potential fire hazards.

Power line and utility drone inspections.

Enhanced Inspections: Utilities, Solar and Surrounding Area

We closely examine overhead or nearby power lines for vegetation overgrowth that could spark fires, while also assessing adjacent properties for potential threats like dry brush or debris piles. We check solar panels for cracks, debris, or vegitation growth as well as inspect the overall site layout. This comprehensive approach ensures your home’s surroundings—and beyond—are as fire-safe as possible.

Power, Utilities and Solar Inspections

Drone utility inspections: provides information about where power lines and utilty poles could be high risk from damage or fire. This inspection can include not only the power lines located on your property but also the surrounding area as well. Locating any potential problem areas before there is a problem gives homeowners a chance to prevent major losses of a wildfire. Where a high risk potential is found the drone will take numerous detailed photos for documentation for you and your power company.

Solar Inspections: Captures detailed imagery of the solar area. Solar inspections can be performed pre installation to determine how much shading will occur in the proposed area. Solar inspections can also help to identify any broken solar panels or unusual wear as well as potential hazards like debris collecting below the panels or damage caused by wildlife. A solar inspection can help you prevent little problems before they become big problems.
